If for any reason you are not, please return your goods in their original condition to our studio within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items):
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are in their original condition and packaging. In order for us to successfully process your refund, please send us back the delivery note with your goods, making a clear note of the reasons for return. We can only refund postage for faulty goods or those sent in error. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any bespoke products.
We may cancel an order at any time before delivery. After this, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods for a refund.
